GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREED UPON WHEN BOOKING TRAVEL:

I understand that by booking this trip, I voluntarily assume all risks, along with my co-travelers, regarding exposure to Covid-19. I understand that there may be airline schedule changes, updated transportation, hotel and resort protocol, as well as increased customs and immigration screening, which may include health questionnaires and temperature checks. It is my responsibility to check for updated health advisories, as this could change at the last minute before or during travel.  Just Be Travel Co. and its advisors/coordinators are absolved of all liability related to Covid-19.

It is my responsibility to check for the latest and current state and government and employer travel restrictions before booking and before my trip, which may include self-quarantine for an amount of time after returning home. Travel insurance is STRONGLY encouraged in case of last minute changes, mandates or cancellations.  I acknowledge that I am aware of any risks and alerts that have been issued to the country I am traveling to. It is my responsibility to address any concerns or review any updates as necessary.  I accept that if travel protection/insurance is not purchased, refunds of any kind may not be offered.

I understand that it is my responsibility to check with the airline for any updates to schedule changes 24-48 hours prior to departure. 

It is our (the passenger/s) sole responsibility to have the proper legal documents for travel in our possession at all times during travel and in no way will we hold Just Be Travel Co. and it’s advisors/coordinators liable for misplacement or destruction of our official documents for travel. Names must match the required government issued ID exactly.  The United States Government requires a valid passport for re-entry into the United States from any other country regardless of the departure date. When traveling to any country other than the United States of America, we are aware that we must possess a legal passport, and obtain any visas and/or legal documents that may be required by that country. We understand that the passport must be valid for at least six months after our return date of travel. Please visit www.travel.state.gov for specific rules.  I accept that I will be responsible for all cancellation penalties or loss of monies that may incur for our failure to produce the proper legal documentation.

I accept responsibility for obtaining and being aware of any travel restrictions due to past arrests, prior convictions and/or past or current legal matters that may prevent me or any travelers in my party from traveling. 

Children under the age of 18 not traveling with both natural parents require a notarized letter signed by the absent parent(s) giving permission to the traveling parent or authorized adult to take the child out of the United States. This letter must contain the travel dates and the name and address of where the child will be staying.

I have checked that the spelling of the names on all trip reservations and confirm that they match our government issued ID (passport, if itinerary requires). I have checked the itinerary dates, cities, hotel/resort accommodations and all airline reservations information and accept the reservation(s) as presented.

  • Flights: Reconfirm domestic flights and seat selections 24 hours in advance and 72 hours in advance for international flights. Hotel and car reservations should be reconfirmed. You should be checked in for your domestic flights at minimum 1.5 hours prior to departure. For international flights, 3 hours ahead of time. Hillary and Just BE Travel Co. CANNOT guarantee airlines will not change or alter the client’s itinerary. Should the passenger book their own air, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time for the planned travel date. There are NO refunds from airlines to compensate for itinerary changes.

  • Bankruptcy Notices: Any airline operating under bankruptcy protection is not covered by the travel insurance bankruptcy clause. Should that airline cease flying, coverage is not in force. Likewise, any supplier in bankruptcy is not covered under travel insurance. It is the client’s responsibility to know who is in bankruptcy.

  • Refunds: IF DUE from airlines, tour companies, and hotels will be made to our customers only after the monies have been received from these sources by us.

  • Disclosure Notice: Hillary Ogle (hereinafter "Travel Designer") is acting as a mere advisor for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Designer (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, etc.) Travel Designer, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans and Disabilities Act, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to travelers or traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoices, or reservation itinerary, Travel Designer does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel Designer shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for and hereby releases the agent from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccinations, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation penalties could be up to 100% of the cost of your vacation. Any deposit or payments made towards individual bookings (non-groups) are fully refundable IF requested in writing at least 7 days in advance of the cancellation due date indicated on your receipt. If you cancel after final payment date a $250 per person non-refundable cancellation fee in addition to any fees charged by the supplier will be due. This penalty money must be sent and received by Hillary BEFORE any refund is issued by the agency or supplier.
    *If traveling as part of a wedding group or social group, your deposit is only refundable with travel insurance. If you do not purchase insurance, you are responsible for any cancellation penalties. Hillary and Just Be Travel Co. are not responsible for any cancellation penalties and your deposit is not refundable if you cancel and have not purchased travel insurance. Hillary Ogle and Just Be Travel Co. are not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation & interruption, emergency medical/transportation, loss of baggage & personal effects, flight & travel accident, and/or rental car physical damage if insurance is not paid.
    **If you have purchased travel insurance under a group, your cancellation due date is indicated on each wedding group's web page (usually shown as one of the payment due dates). If a cancellation request is not made in time, it will be subject to the FIT cancellation policy, which is as follows: Any booking cancelled by the client before the trip begins will incur a $250 per person non-refundable cancellation fee in addition to any fees charged by the supplier. This penalty money must be sent and received by Hillary BEFORE any refund is issued by the agency or supplier.

  • Change in Price: Once payment has been applied to a booking and up until the time of departure, Hillary Ogle and Just Be Travel Co. are neither responsible for nor obliged to honor any discounts, specials or promotions offered by suppliers of travel products. We are not responsible for checking to see if any prices have been reduced. I understand that the airline tickets or air tours I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Hillary Ogle to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.

 I accept and understand all of these terms and conditions for myself and all travelers under any existing reservations.
